Kamna Gorica - Šobčev bajer (via Pusti grad)

Access to starting point:
A) From the Ljubljana - Jesenice highway, take the Naklo, Podtabor or Brezje exit, then continue driving in the direction of Kropa. At the crossroads where the road continues straight towards Kropa, turn right and a little further arrive in Kamna Gorica, where in the middle of the settlement, by the sports field and playground, we park on a smaller parking lot.
B) From the Jesenice - Ljubljana highway, take the Lesce or Radovljica exit, then continue driving in the direction of Radovljica and later the villages Lancovo, Lipnica and Kamna Gorica. When we arrive in Kamna Gorica, we park on a smaller parking lot by the children's playground.

Path description:
From the starting point, we first cross the road, then continue on the side road that runs to the right of the chapel. The road leads us past a few more houses, then behind the last house the asphalt ends and the road a few meters further changes into a cart track, which splits into two parts.
We continue straight (left one of the paths to Pusti grad) on the cart track, which continues along the edge of a small valley, and quickly arrive at a saddle where there is a marked junction.
From the junction, we continue left in the direction of the natural learning trail Pusti grad (straight Fux footbridge and Radovljica, right unmarked path to Vreče), where after a short ascent the above-mentioned path leading to Pusti grad joins from the left. Further, the gently sloping path leads steeply above Galerije, and a little ahead the path through Galerije also joins. After the junction of the mentioned path we step out of the forest and the path through a meadow brings us to the settlement Zgornja Lipnica, where at the junctions we follow the signs for Pusti grad. Next follows walking on a gently sloping macadam road, to which after a few minutes another path from Fux footbridge joins. We continue on the road, which then brings us to the next houses, where at the junctions we again follow the signs for Pusti grad. Behind the last house a beautiful view opens up towards the Alps, then when we step into the forest again we arrive at a junction, where a short path branches off to the left leading to Pusti grad. From the junction, we reach Pusti grad after approximately a minute of further walking, from the top we then return to the last junction and continue left (straight if we do not visit Pusti grad).
Next follows a short traverse, then past a hayrack we descend to the nearby homestead, where we step onto the road. We descend along the road to the main road Kamna Gorica - Lancovo, which we carefully cross, and continue the descent on the side road. A little lower the road leads us past a few more houses, and at the crossroads we follow the road which continues in approximately the same direction and descends. The asphalt soon ends temporarily, then we return to the main road, along which we continue all the way to the settlement Lancovo. Through Lancovo we continue straight, then after the bridge over the river Sava we continue left on the path along the Sava. The gentle path further leads along the left bank of the river Sava, also leading us past fish, then after a small bridge over the side stream it turns a little to the right and moves away from the river Sava. Next follows some alternating walking through the forest and across meadows, then we arrive at a larger meadow, where a short, less than 5 minutes long path to the stream Lehnjak and its source branches off to the right. If we have decided to view the mentioned stream, we return to the "main" path and then continue in the direction of Šobec. A little further, at a few beehives we reach the macadam road, along it a little further the other wider road, which we follow left downhill. After a short descent we reach a large parking lot by Šobčev bajer, where we continue left and through the entrance to the camp walk to Šobčev bajer.
During the swimming season access to the lake is payable.
