Konjska raven (Pokljuka) - Galetovec (via Belska planina)

Access to starting point:
From the crossroads at Mrzli Studenec on Pokljuka we turn onto the road which runs towards Gorjuše, Koprivnik. Then after approximately 4 km of driving in the direction towards Gorjuše we see a road which turns left towards Belska planina and Galetovec. A signpost on a tree also indicates this. We leave the car a little before the turn-off on the left side of the road, where there is space for a few cars.

Route description:
From the parking lot by the road, we continue on a macadam forest road to Belska planina (approximately 15 minutes), where there are some holiday cottages and in the summer livestock is grazed. The forest road leads us by the mountain pasture on the right side and further to a crossroad, where a signpost indicates that for Galetovec we have to go on the right path. We continue slightly uphill through the forest, then the path descends and we come to a meadow. The path runs along the edge of the meadow, then for Galetovec turns left. The path ascends slightly and after approximately 10 minutes we reach the peak, from where there is a beautiful view of the Karavanks, Storžič, Jelovica, Bled and surrounding places.
