Access to starting point:
A) From the town of Korčula:
We stick to the main road. At the junction for Blato, another good 300 meters ahead, on the left side by the road we notice the konoba Mala Kapja.
**** Korčula - konoba Mala Kapja = 26.5 km. ****
B) From Vela Luka:
We stick to the main road towards the town of Korčula. After a good 14 kilometers, the konoba Mala Kapja is by the road on our right side. You can park the car on the gravel parking lot under the trees next to the main road for shade. This is also the starting point.
Route description:
The path is easy, well-marked, except at the beginning, when we need to go past a bigger stable so that it is easy to miss the signs. The path itself mostly runs through the forest so it is appropriate also in the summer time. By the path there is a nice resting place with benches and tables and also an option to view the cave, for which we need to go from the path for a good minute of walking (marked). ATTENTION: Near the cave be careful (especially children), because there is no protection against a possible fall into the depth! The peak itself is bare and offers a wonderful view on all sides. In good weather especially after storms (as in our case) even the coast of Italy is visible (on the panoramic picture to the right of Lastovo in the distance).
The path is appropriate also for MTB cyclists but I advise against it for beginners.

The marked path starts right behind the barn, left along the pasture behind the barn and continues straight up the hill from the parking spot. If you go too far left past the barn, you end up on the track too far left. Further on, the path is not difficult to follow. Along the path (2 minutes off the path, marked path) there is the Komoračišće cave. Rope technique required for entry. A pit is visible from the entrance.
