Košnica - Hom above Celje

Access to starting point:
From Celje, we drive towards Zidani Most or vice versa. Soon after Celje, the road towards Košnica branches off to the right (from the direction of Zidani Most, a little before Celje to the left). We follow the road, which is mostly ascending, to a smaller saddle, where we park somewhere by the road so that we don't hinder the traffic (on the saddle there is also a smaller crossroad and signposts).

Path description:
From the crossroad, we continue in the direction of Hom, on the road which gently ascends towards the north (correct is the right road, left private). After a few dozen steps, the road brings us to an unmarked crossroad, where we continue left upwards on a macadam road (right road ends at the house). The macadam road then goes into the forest and brings us to a marked junction, where we continue right in the direction of Hom (left Brnica). Further, the road, which first moderately ascends then slightly descends, brings us to the last house in the village. At the last house, the road ends and we continue the ascent on a wide mountain path, which moderately ascends and after good 10 minutes brings us to the summit.
