Leskovec - Obolno

Access to starting point:
A) From the Ljubljana eastern bypass, we head to the exit Ljubljana Bizovik or Sostro, then continue driving towards Sostro. At the end of Sostro, the road starts ascending, then after a few kilometers brings us to a smaller pass, where a steep road branches off to the right, which leads to Javor. Here we continue straight and descend into the valley of the Besniški potok stream. When we descend into the mentioned valley, a road from Zalog also joins from the left, but we continue right and start ascending again. We drive along the main road to Veliko Trebeljevo, where at the intersection we continue right towards the village center (left along the main road to Šmartno pri Litiji). Through the village we drive past the renowned confectionery and past the church of the Holy Cross. Above the village, the road ascends more steeply, then brings us to an intersection, where we continue straight towards Višnja Gora (right Mali Vrh). From here we drive along the road for just under 2 km, or to the place where the road to Obolno branches off to the left. We park at a suitable spot at the intersection.
B) First we drive to Litija, from there we continue driving towards Šmartno pri Litiji. From Šmartno pri Litiji we go right and continue driving towards Štangarske Poljane and Malo and Veliko Trebeljevo. At the beginning of the settlement Veliko Trebeljevo we reach an intersection, where the main road to Zalog turns slightly right, but we continue straight towards the center of Veliko Trebeljevo. Through the village we drive past the renowned confectionery and past the church of the Holy Cross. Above the village, the road ascends more steeply, then brings us to an intersection, where we continue straight towards Višnja Gora (right Mali Vrh). From here we drive along the road for just under 2 km, or to the place where the road to Obolno branches off to the left. We park at a suitable spot at the intersection.
C) From the Ljubljana - Novo Mesto motorway, we take the Višnja Gora exit, from there we continue driving towards the village of Leskovec and further towards Trebeljevo. When we reach the intersection where the road to the village Obolno branches off right downhill, we park at a suitable spot by the road.

Path description:
From the starting point, we continue on the road in the direction of the settlement Obolno. Initially we walk on the descending road, which after approximately 15 minutes of walking brings us to a marked intersection, where we continue right in the direction of Obolno, to which there is still 3 km (left Gozd - Reka 1 km). The road, which mostly runs through dense forest, then starts to ascend more steeply and after 45 minutes of walking from the starting point brings us out of the forest. Right at the spot where we step out of the forest, we will notice a marked cart track on the right side of the road, along which in just over 10 minutes of walking we ascend to the panoramic summit (straight Farm tourism Obolno and the summit past the farm tourism).
