Access to starting point:
a) From Trzin bypass road we head in the direction of Črnuče and follow the road ahead towards Ježica and Gameljne. Only a little before the bridge over the river Sava we turn right in the direction of Gameljne. When Ljubljana ends, after the sign we park.
To the starting point it is also possible to arrive via Dunajska road.
We leave Gorenjska highway at the Šmartno exit and continue right through Gameljne. When Ljubljana begins, just before the sign we turn left and park.
Path description:
From the starting point, we go on a cart track to a crossroad, where from the right a marked path joins, and we continue perpendicularly right on a narrower cart track. At the next crossroad, we continue right and soon reach the ridge, where the described path past Tabor joins. We continue left and onward along a footpath all the way to the forested peak Straža.
