Lokve - Črni vrh (at Lokve)

Access to starting point:
A) First, we drive to Solkan, and then we continue driving towards Sveta Gora, Grgar, Čepovan, Trnovo pri Gorici and Lokve. From the new roundabout in Preval we go to the exit towards Lokve and Trnovo pri Gorici, and then we follow the mostly ascending road to Lokve, where we turn left towards Čepovan and then after a few 10 meters we park on a larger well-maintained macadam parking lot.
B) We drive to Predmeja (to here from Ajdovščina or Col), and then we follow the signs for Lokve. When we get to Lokve, we continue right towards Čepovan and then after a few 10 meters we park on a larger well-maintained macadam parking lot.

Path description:
From the starting point, we continue on the road in the direction towards Čepovan, where we at first walk under the hill where there stands the church of St. Anthony of Padua and past a polygon for the work of rescue dogs Lokve. A little further on the right we notice the NOB monument, and from the nearby crossroad, we go straight. Good 50 meters ahead we get to the next crossroad, where we leave the road towards Čepovan and we continue slightly left on the road which starts ascending. After a short ascent, the road passes into the forest and a little further by a rest area, where there is an interesting stone, it splits.
We continue on the left road (right road leads to the nearby house), which a little ahead is crossed by the marked path Za zidom (path Za zidom is an easier hiking path which leads around the village Lokve), and we continue on the road, on which with increasingly beautiful views, we continue all the way to Črni vrh.
