Muta (Spodnja Muta) - Sveti Trije Kralji (above Radlje ob Dravi)

Access to starting point:
A) First, we drive to Dravograd, then we continue driving in the direction towards Maribor. After crossing Mučka Bistrica, we turn left into the settlement Muta, where we then park at an appropriate spot in the middle of the settlement Spodnja Muta. Some parking lots are intended only for residents.
B) We drive to Maribor, then we follow the signs for Dravograd. Somewhat after the settlement Zgornja Vižinga, we turn right in the direction of the settlement Muta, where we then park in the center of Spodnja Muta on an appropriate parking lot. Some parking lots are intended only for residents.

Path description:
We start the path next to Cesta na Primož, along which we easily ascend towards the northeast. After a few minutes we arrive at a crossroads, where the mountain sign for Bricnik directs us left, and we quickly reach the beginning of the settlement Sv. Primož nad Muto. At the next crossroads the blazes direct us left, then we ascend diagonally across the panoramic grassy slope. When a little higher the road turns right, it loses the asphalt surface and transitionally enters the forest, where it makes a right serpentine. Soon we return from the forest, where the path leads past the homestead Sušek, somewhat above the homestead from the crossroads we continue straight or slightly right. Along the macadam road we bypass the turn-off to the excursion farm Breznik, at the next crossroads, at the sign for the farm Janež, we leave the road and continue on the marked path, which transitionally steeply ascends through the forest, and when it flattens, it joins the macadam road. We continue along the panoramic road, from which a nice view opens towards Pohorje, Uršlja gora, Peca, and in the distance Kamniško Savinjske Alpe are also visible. The buildings at the Pentat farm we bypass on the left side, then we reach an asphalt road, which we just cross and continue towards Bricnik (the signpost for Zavetišče Onuk - Glavar points right, but it is also better to continue towards Bricnik for that destination). An ascent through the forest follows, when we reach the homestead Žaucer we bypass it on the right side. A few minutes of diagonal ascent to the right and a left serpentine follow, after which we again reach an asphalt road and a marked junction.
From the junction we continue right in the direction of Zavetišče Glavar (left church sv. Primoža, straight Bricnik) and continue the path along the gentle road, along which in less than 10 minutes we arrive at Zavetišče Glavar, where there is a marked junction and KPP stamp.
From the shelter we continue straight (left Bricnik and Glavarjeva smreka) and initially we still walk with nice views, then the road, which gradually begins to descend, enters the forest. A few smaller crossroads follow, where we go straight, and when we arrive at a somewhat larger crossroads we continue slightly right in the direction of Radlje ob Dravi (sharply left on the footpath Bricnik, left on the road sv. Anton, the path straight ends in the forest, sharply right homestead Dobnik).
The path ahead leads us past the ecological island, the forest soon ends and for a short time we again continue with nice views. At the newer house the road forks, and we continue slightly left in the direction of Sv. Trije Kralji, thus bypassing the house on the left side.
At the shrine the road returns to the forest, and we walk along it in a moderate ascent until we reach the church of Sv. Trije Kralji a few minutes away, from which a nice view opens.
