Potok (Mostni graben) - Vrhe (via Dom na Farbanci)

Access to starting point:
A) First, we drive to Mozirje (to here from Šoštanj or highway Ljubljana - Maribor (exit Šentrupert)), from where, from the main roundabout, we continue driving towards Gornji Grad and Logarska dolina. A few kilometers ahead, after the Petrol gas station, we turn left in the direction of Nazarje. Further, we drive through Nazarje, where we follow the signs for settlements Dobletina and Šmartno ob Dreti. Further, we drive through Dobletina and Lačja vas, and after the bridge over Dreta we continue left towards the village Potok. At the end of the village, the road passes into the forest and then continues along the stream Mostni graben. About 200 m ahead we arrive at a smaller parking lot, beside which there are hiking signposts and a small wooden bridge across which the described path begins.
B) We drive to the settlement Šmartno ob Dreti (to here from Gornji Grad, Ljubno ob Savinji or Vransko over the mountain pass Lipa), and then we continue driving towards Nazarje. After the settlement Pusto Polje we continue right towards the village Potok. At the end of the village, the road passes into the forest and then continues along the stream Mostni graben. About 200 m ahead we arrive at a smaller parking lot, beside which there are hiking signposts and a small wooden bridge across which the described path begins.

Route description:
We start the path across the small bridge, by which we notice signs for Dom na Farbanci. There follows an ascent through the forest, where we first ascend on a cart track, higher on a well-maintained footpath which leads us past the spring Lahki studenec. Above the spring we cross another cart track, then the relatively steep path flattens somewhat and passes into an indistinct little valley. From the little valley we soon turn slightly to the right, then we first join a cart track, a few steps higher also a macadam road, along which we quickly reach the mountain hut Dom planincev na Farbanci.
From the mountain hut Dom na Farbanci we continue left of the left road, where the path past a wooden cottage leads us into the forest. Through the forest we first ascend on a hiking path, then we come to a wide cart track, on which we continue a relatively steep ascent. Higher the cart track turns sharply left, even higher slightly to the right, where it also flattens and splits into two parts. We continue on the slightly left one, beside which there are also blazes. Further a fairly level path leads us past a smaller sinkhole, then we quickly reach a forest road, on which we then ascend to the nearby marked junction Borovnjak, where the path to Tolsti vrh branches off to the right, and we continue on the left road in the direction of Čreta.
There follow a few minutes of walking through the forest, then, when we emerge from the forest, at the junction we continue left in the direction of Čreta.
There follows a short ascent to the church of St. Katarina, then through the yard of the nearby house we walk to the next junction, where another path from the settlement Kokarje joins us from the left.
We continue slightly right in the direction of Čreta (right Dom na Čreti) and continue the ascent on a cart track which takes us into the forest. When the path flattens it leads us also past a chapel and a NOB monument and we are already at the church of the Holy Mother of God, from which a beautiful view opens up.
From the church we continue straight, we cross a pasture fence and the path takes us into the forest. In the forest the path splits into two parts, we choose the right one and in a few dozen steps of further walking we step onto the indistinct summit.
