Pristava - Rog (Path of the Robber Knights of Hertnberg)

Access to starting point:
Past the motel Medno, then left towards Slavkov dom, after a kilometer of driving, we turn right towards the village Žlebe. After another kilometer the road splits. You can continue on the left, as well as on the right road. You reach the hamlet Pristava via both. We park the car in the hamlet Pristava above the village Žlebe.

Path description:
The path is marked all along with signposts of the tourist association. First we go past the church of St. Marjeta, the next signpost is "Za gradom", there are ruins of the former knight's castle. From there on the path starts to ascend more steeply, to a sharp left turn, where a very steep path to Jetrbenk branches off to the left, on the right path after a few minutes you reach a clearing, there stands a sign "Gute". Here a view opens up to: straight towards the west Rog, towards the north side St. Jakob and further to the right, Osolnik. You continue on a quite flat section and arrive at the chapel at the crossroads of three paths. The most left leads to a more moderate path to Jetrbenk, via the left you arrive from Slavkov dom, the path to Rog is the right one on macadam, after a good 500 m you leave the road, turn into the right slope, first to Pehar and then to Rog. The view in clear weather is beautiful on all sides.
