Rovišče - Planinski dom na Zasavski Sveti gori (footpath)

Access to starting point:
First, we drive to Litija, and from there we continue driving towards the village Sava. We then follow the narrow road which runs parallel to the river Sava to the village Mošenik, where it starts to ascend. Further, we ascend on the macadam road, which higher up joins a wider road from Kisovec near Zagorje (access is also possible from that direction). We continue left and the road soon brings us to the village Rovišče. Just a little after the village, we park on one of the parking spots by the road (there aren't many of them).

Path description:
From the starting point, we continue on the road next to which we parked, and it brings us to a junction already after a few dozen steps. There, we continue on the right ascending road. A little further, the path brings us to a marked junction, where the path splits into two parts (steep and gentle).
If we have decided for the ascent along the steep path (on the signpost it says "zahtevna pot" – demanding path), we continue slightly left onto a cart track that starts to descend gently. We follow this cart track to the left bend, and at its beginning a initially somewhat less visible path branches off to the right, which starts ascending through the forest. After a few minutes of further walking, the path turns slightly left and leads onto the steep slopes of the mountain, where it climbs over a crumbly rocky wall (the path is not demanding but requires somewhat more caution). The steepness then quickly eases, and the path leads us further across a partly grassy slope overgrown with sparse forest. Somewhat higher, the path joins a wide path, which we follow to the left. The path then steeply ascends once more and brings us to the Planinski dom na Zasavski Sveti gori in a few more steps.
