Access to starting point:
From Medvode we drive to the village Sora, where we go towards the village Topol (Katarina). When the road brings us to the mentioned village we turn right and follow it further. It soon brings us to the next crossroad, where the road towards the village Belo branches off to the right. We park here on a smaller parking lot by the road.
From Dobrova we drive ahead towards Polhov Gradec. When the signpost for the village Topol directs us right we go on this road and we follow it further to a crossroad for village Belo, where we park on a smaller parking lot by the road.
Route description:
From the village Topol we continue on a macadam road in the direction of village Belo. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, we leave the road and we continue slightly right in the direction of Grmada. Further, we continue on at first a wide cart track which crosses slopes without large changes in altitude. After a few minutes of additional walking from the cart track a relatively steep footpath branches off to the left on which we continue the ascent. After a few minutes, the steepness decreases and the path brings us to a smaller saddle, where we continue right (left unmarked path to Goljek).
We continue on the path which with some descends and ascents crosses slopes towards the west. The path from which occasionally a view opens up brings us after approximately 1 hour of walking to a crossing beside which there is a pleasant bench.
We continue straight on a marked path in the direction of Grmada (left Setnica, right tourist farm Gonte). Further, the path in a moderate ascent crosses slopes slightly towards the left and then it starts ascending steeply on the upper and in snow for slipping dangerous slope of Grmada. The steepness then decreases and the path brings us to the panoramic upper ridge of Grmada from which to the top we have only a few steps.
From the top of Grmada we continue on a marked path in the direction of Tošč (beginning of the path is located a few meters below the summit on a panoramic ridge). The path which from the top of Grmada descends towards the north with the help of some fixed safety gear (undemanding) quickly brings us to tourist farm Gonte.
Left from the tourist farm we will notice mountain path markings for Tošč, which direct us to a gently sloping and wide cart track. The marked path a little higher leaves the cart track and then starts ascending steeper. The path which almost entirely runs through the forest brings us higher to the summit of Mali Tošč (902m) from which the path starts descending towards the saddle between the two peaks.
Further, from the right the path from Govejka joins, and we continue straight on the path which ascends towards the summit Tošč. After approximately 15 minutes of additional walking the path brings us to a pleasant peak.

I often go on this path after finishing work. Let me say that on weekdays you rarely meet any hikers on the path. On weekends, of course, it's different.

Very nice and not strenuous path from Sveta Jedert. 1h easy walk, only the beginning is a bit steeper.
Alternatively from Topol (Katarina) towards Grmada. You can bypass Grmada summit on a wide cart track leading to the tourist farm Gonte. From there to the top almost an hour more, total around 2h.
You can also reach the tourist farm Gonte by car.
I recommend good footwear, as the path is muddy.

Yesterday we went to Polhograjska Grmada and Tošč.
We did a circular tour: Topol pri Medvodah - Polhograjska Grmada - Turistična kmetija Gonte - Tošč - Turistična kmetija Gonte - Topol pri Medvodah.
It was a nice sunny day, a little wind blowing at the top. Some places are a bit snowy and icy, especially on the north side of Grmada, so be careful on that part of the path.
The tour was exceptionally beautiful, so it was no wonder we met a huge number of hikers. I recommend for a shorter family outing

Is it possible to do a circular route Topol - Grmada - Tošč - Topol? I'm mainly interested in how the path is marked. Is there a stamp on Tošč?

There is a stamp on Tošč. In this loop you don't need it anywhere else anyway.

And we were today on Grmada and Tošč. It was very windy and cloudy. The path itself very beautiful. On the return around 12 o'clock we met a huge number of people heading to the top, even with small children. Only the sun was missing
