TV Neuhaus am Klausenbach - Rauscherriegel

Access to starting point:
We drive to Rogašovci, and then we continue driving in the direction of Kuzma. When we get to Sotina, we turn left in the direction of the settlement Strgarjevo / Kalch. After crossing the national border, we turn right and then drive to the settlement Krottendorf bei Neuhaus am Klausenbach. After the road sign marking the end of the mentioned settlement, we turn right towards the settlement Bonisdorf. Immediately after leaving the main road, the road splits again, and we park at the parking lot by the tennis court.

Path description:
Tennis court we bypass on the left side and start on the road, by which there are signs for Edelbach. We initially continue between fields, and when we reach the forest, we start ascending more steeply, then at a smaller crossroad, we go slightly left. Higher up, the road flattens and brings us to the settlement Edelsbach, where the path leads us past houses, and we follow the main road or the blazes. When the houses end, a short descent follows, and then the path splits.
We continue on the right path, which continues along the road (slightly left leads a path that continues toward the castle Tabor pri Dobri / Schloss Tabor in Neuhaus am Klausenbach), before the overpass we turn sharply left onto a marked cart track (straight to Grenzgasthaus Mertschnigg), which immediately splits again. We choose the left cart track, which ascends through the forest and shortly leads us past a stack of logs. The marked path then turns right, but we leave it at a suitable place and, in a minute of further walking, ascend to a mostly forested peak.
