From the main road Rakitna - Cerknica (asphalt) in the village Župeno you turn left onto macadam towards Sveti Vid (from the direction of Cerknica right). Just before the village Sveti Vid you reach asphalt. In Sveti Vid again left towards the villages Zala and Osredek. About 200 to 300 meters after Zala there is a sign pointing left onto a solid but poorer macadam road. Down it about 2 to 2.5 kilometers - at the sharp right turn just before the bridge it is possible to leave the car. The car can also be left at the top (at the intersection) and then proceed on foot following the instructions below, but the hiking time is extended by less than 30 minutes.
Path description:
From there where we leave the car (sharp turn) we go to the right and after less than 100 meters we climb the concrete stairs (in snow and rain they are slippery!!!) and on those stairs we can continue all the way to the top of the waterfall (kadic), and there the path ends.
