Zatrnik - Rečiška planina

Access to starting point:
A) We drive to Bled, and then continue driving in the direction of Pokljuka. When we get to Zatrnik, we don't park on the parking lot by the Gostilna Zatrnik inn, but about 100 meters ahead on the parking lot on the right side of the road. Parking on the parking lot in front of the inn is allowed only for guests of the Gostilna Zatrnik inn (pr Jagru).
B) We leave the Gorenjska motorway at the Lipce exit, and then we follow the signs for the Kočna settlement and later Spodnje Gorje. In Spodnje Gorje we join the road from Bled, and we continue in the direction of Pokljuka. When we get to Zatrnik, we don't park on the parking lot by the Gostilna Zatrnik inn, but about 100 meters ahead on the parking lot on the right side of the road. Path description:
From the parking lot by the main road, we descend to the parking lot by the inn Pr Jagru, and we look for the beginning of the path in a smaller valley, where in winter there are two children's ski lifts. We continue by the ski slope or ski track Bambi (right ski lift), and after the ski lift ends, we continue the ascent on the route of a former ski track. The path continues on the ski track, and higher it turns more and more to the left. Soon a steep ski track branches off to the left, and we continue on the gentler right ski track. When the route of the former ski track temporarily flattens even more, a footpath branches off to the right, which descends through a narrow strip of forest and then brings us to a swampy meadow. We continue across the meadow to the nearby cottage, where we step onto a wider cart track.
From the cottage, we continue left into the forest and diagonally ascend on the cart track to a macadam road, which we follow to the right. On the road, we first slightly descend, then easily ascend to the place where we reach the marked path Bled (Zaka) - Pokljuka.
Here the signs for Pokljuka direct us sharply right onto the path, which ascends diagonally across a somewhat steeper slope. Higher we reach a cart track, and we ascend along it through a smaller valley, where we quickly arrive at a junction by a small cottage. Past the small cottage we continue right, and the marked path brings us to the Forestry Cottage Mali Vokel, which is located at an elevation of 1145 m.
We bypass the forestry cottage on the right side, and then the blazes lead us into the forest, through which we ascend more steeply. A few minutes higher we cross a macadam road, and we continue straight and likewise along the macadam road in a few dozen steps we arrive at the hunting cottage.
We bypass the hunting cottage on the left side and continue walking on a rougher road. When the road turns somewhat to the right, we continue straight onto the marked cart track, and further we follow the blazes and ascend to the former Zatrnik ski slope, where we begin to descend (if we continue right we can in a minute or two ascend to the top of the Berjanca ski slope, from where a nice view opens up all the way to Triglav). A shorter descent follows, then we cross the forest road and continue on the marked cart track. The cart track soon forks, and we choose the upper right path, which further ascends through the spruce forest. A few minutes higher we go from the cart track left onto the marked path, which soon begins to descend to the northeastern part of Rečiška planina. Walking follows across Rečiška planina, where we pass a few cottages.
