The mountain hut is situated below the church of St. Lovrenc above Bašelj at Preddvor. From the mountain hut is a nice view towards Javorov vrh, Krvavec, Gorenjska, Škofjeloško hribovje... On the other sides a view is veiled by the forest. By the mountain hut is also a smaller chapel.
