Gerlitzen

Description of mountain:
Gerlitzen is 1909 meters high mountain, which is situated north from the lake Ossiacher See. On the top, to which we can come by the cableway, is situated hotel Gipfelhaus, and few meters lower also Alpin hotel. South from the peak, there is a viewpoint and an paragliding site. The mountain is in the winter time known as a popular ski slope, and in the summer time it is full of tourists, downhill cyclists, paragliders, and there are also some mountaineers.
The view from the peak reaches from the nearby Gurktal Alps, to High and Lower Tauern, Karawanks, Kamnik Savinja Alps, Julian Alps, Carnic Alps, Gailtal Alps...
