Kavčič is a grassy peak located above the village Rakitovec on the Slovenian-Croatian border. From the summit, where two crosses stand with a summit register box nearby, beautiful views open up towards Učka, Istria, the Gulf of Trieste, the Dolomites, the Julian Alps, and nearby Lipnik, Golič, and Žbevnica.
