Description of bivouac:
Kopitnik, known as a takeoff point for hang gliders and paragliders, is located above the village of Vitovlje above the Vipava Valley. Near the takeoff site there is a small shelter and a registration box next to it.
The view from Kopitnik extends over much of the Vipava Valley, across the Gulf of Trieste to the Dolomites.
