Kranjska koča na Ledinah

Description of hut:
The Kranjska koča na Ledinah stands at an altitude of 1700 meters in the heart of the Kamniško-Savinjske Alps. It is nestled in the high-mountain terrain between Jezersko and the main ridge of the Grintovci, directly below the northern walls of Skuta and Dolgi hrbet. From its viewpoint, a magnificent panorama opens onto the mountain range encircling the Jezersko valley.
Due to extensive and comprehensive multi-year renovation, the hut is currently not operating. The facility is temporarily closed, offers neither food nor accommodation, and its surroundings are arranged as a construction site with scaffolding, requiring extra caution from visitors. During the works, the former winter bivouac with four beds is also unavailable, as the winter room remains completely closed and inaccessible outside the winter season.
