Description of mountain pasture:
The Mangartska mountain pasture, also known as Ovčja planina Mangrt, lies east of the massive Stože landslide and along or above the Mangartski potok stream. A macadam road leads to it, branching off the Mangart road at around 1,300 meters elevation—the road that continues to Mangartsko sedlo saddle. From the pasture opens a beautiful view of Mangart and the surrounding mountains.
