Description of mountain:
Marutnik is 892 meters high peak, which is situated east to northeast from Idrija, near the settlement Gore. On the summit, there is a trigonometric point, and nearby also a smaller bench, and a little lower also NOB monument. The peak is vegetated, but from a nearby meadow a nice view opens up on Škofjeloško hribovje, in good visibility, the view reaches all the way to the Alps.
