Planina Cave

Description of mountain:
Planina Cave is a karst cave located west of Planinsko polje. The river Unica (previously Pivka and Rak, later Ljubljanica) emerges from it and floods Planinsko polje after heavy rains.
Planina Cave, Postojna Cave and Rakov Škocjan are interconnected underground, forming essentially one cave geographically. However, since each has its own entrance, they each bear their own name.
Near Planina Cave, right by the parking lot, stands Mali grad or Raubarjev stolp, built in the 14th century.
