Špik nad Zadnjo Polico (Pleče)

Description of mountain:
Špik nad Zadnjo Polico (also Pleče) is 2680 meters high peak, which is situated in the ridge of Poliški Špiki or Montaž group. From the main peak Montaž/Poliški Špik is located in the direction of northwest above the valley Zajzera on the north and Dunja on the west. Towards the valleys descend some of the deepest mountain walls in the Julian Alps. Access to the summit is possible via the Kugy path on Montaž (Zajzera direction) or through a rock climbing ascent from the Dunja valley.
