Stavrota (Lefkada)

Description of mountain:
Stavrota is the highest peak at 1,182 m on the Greek island of Lefkada (also known as Lefkas), which lies in the Ionian Sea.
The Greek name of the mountain is Σταυρωτάς. Another name for the mountain is Elati (Greek: Ελάτη).
The view from the summit reaches across numerous surrounding islands (Meganisi, Skorpios, Kefalonia, Ithaca) and the mainland mountains of Greece. In winter, the peak can be covered in snow.
