Description of mountain:
Stuhleck is the highest peak of the Fischbacher Alpen mountain group and also the highest peak of the entire hill country east of the Mur. At the summit there is a cross, a panorama plaque, and the Alois-Günther-Haus mountain hut.
From the summit a beautiful view opens up in all directions, with the mountains of the Northern Limestone Alps standing out most prominently; nearby lies Schneeberg, whose Kaiserstein peak is considered the northernmost and also the easternmost two-thousander in the Alps.
