Description of mountain:
Sveti Jure is with 1762 meters the highest peak of extensive Biokovo. On the top next to a smaller rocky church there are situated also transmitters, which tarnish the appearance of the mountain. Despite the transmitters from the peak opens a very nice view, which reaches all the way from Split over Dinara to mountains in Bosnia and Herzegovina to islands Korčula, Hvar and Brač.
