Description of mountain:
The Tolmin Gorges are 200 m long and 5 to 10 m wide. On the left bank of the Tolminka River, a smaller karst spring emerges with a thermal source averaging 19 degrees Celsius. At the confluence of the Tolminka and Zadlaščica Rivers lies the lowest point of Triglav National Park, at 180 m on that spot.
Near the Tolmin Gorges are also the gorges of the Zadlaščica, where a triangular rock is wedged in place. Because the rock resembles a bear's head, it has been named Medvedova glava.
Slightly above the gorges of the Tolminka and Zadlaščica Rivers is the Zadlaška Cave, also known as Dantejeva Jama, which features a network of passages totaling 1,140 m.
