Description of mountain:
Tolmin gorges are long 200 meters, and wide from 5 to 10 meters. By the left bank of the river Tolminka originates a smaller karst source with thermal source, which in average has 19 degrees Celsius. By the confluence of the rivers river Tolminka and Zadlaščica, is situated also the lowest point of Triglav national park, which is on the mentioned spot 180 meters.
Near the Tolmin gorges are located also gorges of Zadlaščica, where we can notice stuck rock in triangular shape. Because the rock reminds on bear's head, it got name Medvedova glava.
A little above gorges of river Tolminka and Zadlaščica, is situated also cave Zadlaška or Dantejeva jama, which has a web of tunnels long 1140 meters.
