Veliki Risnjak

Description of mountain:
Veliki Risnjak is with 1528 meters the highest peak of the national park Risnjak. From the top, which has an inscription box and a stamp, there is a very nice view of most of the peaks of Gorski Kotar. And in good visibility, we can see everything from Kvarner, Istria, Učka, across the Slovenian Snežnik, to the Julian and Kamnik-Savinja Alps, and to Velebit on the southern side.
