Description of mountain pasture:
Mountain pasture Virnikova planina is situated on the western slopes of Virnikov Grintovec. Since the year 2013 on the mountain pasture there is GRZS learning center (mountain rescue association of Slovenia), which they converted from the former JNA guardhouse. From the mountain pasture, a nice view opens up on the nearby Robniške peči and surrounding forests.
