Accident in the mountains

Today at 13:24 two alpinists climbed the Sandi Wisiak route in the Triglav North Face. One of the alpinists had a hold break off, fell and lay dead below the wall about 600 to 700 meters lower. Rescuers from the GRS Mojstrana station with the on-duty GRS team and a helicopter of the Slovenian Army transported the uninjured alpinist to the valley, then also the deceased to the football field in Mojstrana, where they handed him over to the funeral service.
