Accident in the mountains

Today at 13:07, a person equipped for base jumping fatally crashed on the slopes of Rakove špice, municipality of Kranjska Gora. Mountain rescuers from GRS Kranjska Gora, Rateče, and Tržič, with the assistance of the on-duty team from GRS Brnik and the LPE helicopter, recovered the deceased from inaccessible terrain, transported him to the valley, and handed him over to the competent services.
