The holiday is a perfect opportunity to feel the beauty of the Julian Alps, the Karawanks and the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. But you don't have to go far into the high mountains – Slovenian pride and wonderful views are also offered by the vast Pohorje, the rugged Škofja Loka and Cerkno hills, the picturesque Posavje and Polhov Gradec hills, and the mighty Snežnik and Idrija areas.
Since the holiday days attract many visitors to nature, we urge you to be careful. Before leaving, be sure to check the local weather forecast, choose paths that suit your fitness, and take appropriate mountaineering equipment.
