Avalanche danger is at level 3

In the past few days it has been cold and windy in the mountains with occasional precipitation. Up to about 30 cm of snow has fallen (more in southern Slovenia too), which has not bonded well with the old partially frozen base, therefore the avalanche danger has increased to level 3. Areas with wind-blown snow are particularly dangerous.
