Closed bridge over Idrijca at the end of Feldban

Mountaineering Association Idrija informs about the closed section on the hiking trail between Idrijska Bela and Hlevišami. Due to damage, the bridge over Idrijca is closed; a detour is possible via the adjacent bridge at the Strug climbing area.

Due to the damaged bridge over the Idrijca river, the hiking trail section between Idrijska Bela and Hlevišami is CLOSED until further notice.

The detour is possible along the road or unmarked path along the Idrijca river (depending on the approach side - see title image) in the opposite direction from the hiking trail and across the bridge at the Strug climbing area.

NOTICE TO HIKING TRAIL USERS: Hiking trail users are advised to check the actual status of hiking trails in advance on the website stanje-poti.pzs.si, at the nearest mountain hut, or with the local mountaineering association. If you notice damage to hiking trails or their inadequate maintenance (faded markers, overgrowth, etc.), please send a message to poskodbe.poti@pzs.si specifying which hiking trail the deficiency was observed on, describe the deficiency, and if possible, attach a photo.

WARNING: Users use hiking trails at their own risk. Hiking trail users must act self-responsibly and responsibly towards others when using hiking trails so as not to endanger or injure themselves or others. The user is obliged to use the hiking trail in such a way that no damage is caused to it, the land through which it passes, other properties, and the flora and fauna along it. It is prohibited to restrict access to hiking trails or to damage, remove, or destroy markers, signposts, logbooks, safety equipment, and other markings or to use unmarked shortcuts.
