Lately, there has been much talk about the Pokljuka - Vodnikov dom trail. The trail was cleared of rockfall a few days ago, but it will remain closed for the time being.
In the Julian Alps, several other trails are closed:
Belopeška jezera - Mangart (Via Italiana), damaged fixed protection
Belopeška jezera - Vevnica (Via dela Vitta), damaged fixed protection
Belopeška jezera - Visoka Ponca (Via ferrata Alla), damaged fixed protection
Zadnja Ponca - Vevnica, damaged fixed protection
Permanently closed is the trail to Jalovec from Tamar via Jalovški ozebnik, falling rocks.
Closed trails in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps:
Hunter's trail from Logarska dolina to Okrešelj, rockfall
Makekova Kočna - Čedca waterfall, rockfall
Since there are many mountain trails in Slovenia, some other may be closed that we have not listed above.
