CLOSED TRAIL between Orglice Waterfall and Presedljaj Pass

Mountaineering Association Domžale informs about the closure of the hiking trail leading from Orglice Waterfall towards Presedljaj Pass.

A massive rockfall occurred in the northwest face of Rzenik, specifically in the area called Ojstri rob. The fallen material partially buried the hiking trail leading from near Orglice Waterfall towards Presedljaj Pass along the Kamniška Bela Valley.



Due to the buried trail, unstable terrain, and high risk of further rockfalls, the hiking trail between Orglice Waterfall and Presedljaj is CLOSED.







Trails to Orglice Waterfall are normally passable. PD Domžale additionally warns about a large amount of fine dust present throughout the Kamniška Bela Valley as a result of the rockfall.





NOTICE TO HIKERS: We recommend that users of hiking trails check the current status of hiking trails on the website stanje-poti.pzs.si, at the nearest mountain hut, or with the local mountaineering association beforehand. If you notice damage to hiking trails or their improper maintenance (faded markers, overgrowth, etc.), please send a message to poskodbe.poti@pzs.si specifying which hiking trail you observed the deficiency on, describe the deficiency, and if possible, attach a photo.
