Closed trail between Veliki and Mali Podi below Skuta!

Alpine Association Kamnik informs that the hiking trail between Veliki and Mali Podi below Skuta will be CLOSED on Saturday, 17 August 2019 due to rock blasting on the very demanding trail to Skuta!
In accordance with Article 16 of the Hiking Trails Act (Official Gazette RS, No. 61/2007), the Alpine Association of Slovenia and Alpine Association Kamnik inform that on Saturday, 17. 8. 2019 the hiking trail between Veliki and Mali Podi below Skuta will be CLOSED.
Blasting of overhanging rocks will take place on the hiking trail, so there is an extremely high risk of larger and smaller rocks falling onto the mentioned trail! Trail markers will also inform about the trail closure at the start of the mentioned trail.
We ask hikers to strictly observe the closure of the hiking trail and not to venture onto it, as they could endanger both their own safety and the safety of the trail markers during the operation.

During the trail closure, ascent to Skuta from the eastern side (Turski žleb, Turska gora) will not be possible!
