Closed trail Košana - Osojnica

Mountaineering Association Postojna informs that the hiking trail between Košana and Osojnica is closed.

The hiking trail Košana-Osojnica is CLOSED from the starting point on the main road Pivka-Divača all the way to the top of Osojnica. The trail is impassable and closed indefinitely.


NOTICE TO HIKERS: We recommend that users of hiking trails check the actual condition of the trails in advance on the website stanje-poti.pzs.si, at the nearest mountain hut, or with the local mountaineering association. If you notice damage to hiking trails or their inadequate maintenance (faded markers, overgrowth, etc.), please send a message to poskodbe.poti@pzs.si, specifying which trail you observed the deficiency on, describe the deficiency, and if possible, attach a photo.

WARNING: Users use hiking trails at their own risk. Users of hiking trails must act responsibly and considerately towards others, so as not to endanger or injure themselves or others. The user is obliged to use the hiking trail in such a way that no damage is caused to it, to the land through which it passes, to other properties, or to the fauna and flora along it. It is prohibited to restrict access to hiking trails, to damage, remove or destroy markers, signposts, logbooks, safety equipment, and other signs, or to use unmarked shortcuts.
