Closure of the path below Košuta

Between planina Tegošče and planina Spodnja Dolga njiva, Sunday's storm washed away the hiking trail in several places. Passage is not possible, so this section of the hiking trail is CLOSED until further notice.
The Alpine Association of Slovenia and the Tržič Mountaineering Association inform that the hiking trail on the section planina Pungart–Planina Spodnja Dolga njiva will be CLOSED until further notice.

On the section between planina Tagošče and planina Dolga Spodnja njiva, the storm that raged last Sunday washed away the path in several places. Passage is not possible. We ask hikers to strictly observe the trail closure and not venture onto it. Thank you for your understanding.


NOTICE TO HIKING TRAIL USERS: We recommend that hiking trail users check the actual condition of hiking trails in advance on the website stanje-poti.pzs.si, at the nearest mountain hut, or with the local mountaineering association. If you notice damage to hiking trails or their inadequate maintenance (faded markers, overgrowth, etc.), please send a message to poskodbe.poti@pzs.si specifying which hiking trail you observed the deficiency on, describe the deficiency, and if possible, attach a photo.

The user is obliged to use the hiking trail in such a way that no damage is caused to it, the land through which it passes, other properties, and the fauna and flora along it.
