In the mountains in dry conditions, the Ljubljana Mountain Rescue Service in collaboration with the Ljubljana Sports Association is organizing on Saturday, October 1, starting at 9 a.m. in the lecture hall of the Police Academy in Tacen.
Meeting at the parking lot in front of the Academy.
Program
Theoretical part/lectures:
- equipment,
- preparation for the hike,
- hazards and measures in case of an accident in the mountains.
Practical part (Turnc pod Šmarnogorsko Grmado):
- use of equipment,
- walking and basics of climbing,
- climbing routes,
- abseiling.
Required equipment: personal gear for hiking in the mountains (mountaineering boots ...) and technical equipment (helmet, climbing harness).
Individual parts of technical equipment can be provided by the organizer.
