Dead mountaineer found under Cmír

Today at 0:10, a foreign mountaineer got lost while returning from Dom Valentina Staniča, municipality of Kranjska Gora. Mountain rescuers from GRS Mojstrana and dog handlers from GRZS were activated. In cooperation with police and police helicopter, they searched the area under Cmír and found the dead mountaineer. A joint team from HeNMP and GRZS arrived at the scene by SV helicopter. They confirmed the death of the mountaineer and transported him to the valley, where he was taken over by the competent funeral service.
