Death of a mountaineer on Dleskovska Plateau

Today at 13:31 on the Dleskovska Plateau, municipality of Luče, a mountaineer was overcome by weakness in the wall. Mountain rescuers from GRS Celje and the helicopter crew with the Slovenian Army helicopter intervened, rescuing the mountaineer and the female climber from the wall using a winch. Despite the quick intervention of the rescue services, the mountaineer died. The climbing partner was not injured.
