Editing published photos

A new application has been added with which you can edit already published photos and upload new ones.
You edit photos on the forum by clicking the "PHOTOS" button to the right of the message.
However, it is still possible to upload photos in the old way (upload photos button).
For the new application to work, you must have Java installed.
