Fratarica is the stream with the greatest elevation difference in Slovenia. The stream, which drops approximately 1000 m, is located near Log pod Mangartom. The water originates from a snowfield below the longest Slovenian wall (Loška stena) and descends with several dozen waterfalls. The largest waterfall on Fratarica is Veliki drsnik, which falls 112 m and is the largest waterfall in Triglav National Park. The most famous and easily accessible is Parabola waterfall, which drops 48 m over an overhanging wall. Below this waterfall there is also a small lake where the bravest even swim. Fratarica is also very popular for canyoning, where a guide leads you down the stream bed. The survey results were: Fratarica 43%, Mangartski potok 34%, Mostnica 8%, Grmečica, Zadlaščica and Kaludrica 5%. The correct answer was therefore Fratarica.
