High avalanche danger 5.3.2009

Due to the large amount of new snow, there is very high avalanche danger especially in the high mountains of the Julijske Alpe. Since precipitation will continue today and tomorrow, the risk of avalanches will increase elsewhere in our mountains as well.
For the time being, we advise against visiting the high mountains and partly the mid-mountains; greater caution is needed elsewhere too.
