Kopiščarjeva Path is open again

From the maintainer of the Kopiščarjeva Path on Prisojnik, we have received notification of its reopening. A commission consisting of path markers and mountain rescuers inspected the path in the past days and determined that the rockfall has subsided and that passage through Prednje okno is safe.

As they note, it was apparently a minor rockfall or just a settling of rocks from the wall near Prednje okno. They also checked the condition of the safety gear (cables, pegs and staples) that remained near the rock settling. Upon inspecting the entire path, they found only that minor maintenance work will be needed in the near future, such as renewing the markings and replacing a small number of safety devices.



We are therefore pleased to inform you that the Kopiščarjeva Path on Prisojnik or the Path through Prednje okno is OPEN again!
