Road works on the Kranjska Gora - Vršič route

Regarding the reconstruction of the 1,000-meter-long section of the regional road over the Vršič pass, about which we have already informed the public, we provide more detailed information regarding the planned closures during the works. The anticipated traffic regime is as follows:
- from April 19 to 23, 2010, between 8 - 17 hours, a complete closure will be necessary due to the construction of culverts and replacement of the substructure between the serpentines above Mihov dom;
- in the months of May and June, the works will be carried out under partial closure, which means there will occasionally be short hold-ups;
- due to asphalt laying, a complete closure is anticipated for 2 days in May and June, information on the date of the closure will be provided in time via the Traffic Information Centre for State Roads or available on the websites www.promet.si
