According to data from the Directorate of the RS for Roads, the road from Kranjska Gora to Vršič pass will be closed daily from 8 to 17, and from 17 to 8 a.m. there will be partial closure. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays there is no full closure, the same traffic regime applies as at night. The road closure is expected to last until 15.11.2009.
Access to Trenta valley and Bovec area is possible via Predel.
