Safer ascent to Škrlatica

Following the completed action, the ascent to Škrlatica is safer.

The markers of Planinsko društvo Dovje-Mojstrana and the technical team of PZS succeeded last week in carrying out all planned maintenance works on the very demanding alpine path to Škrlatica.

On 22 September 2016, the technical team of markers of the Alpine Association of Slovenia, in collaboration with the maintainer of the alpine path, Planinsko društvo Dovje-Mojstrana, carried out urgent major maintenance works on the very demanding section of the alpine path leading from Zadnji Dolek to Škrlatica.



They renewed the safety gear on the section where progress was more demanding and dangerous in case of a slippery path. After the works, the safety of Škrlatica visitors is now greater. Thus, the path is normally passable and open!
